How Mizaj came to be
Mizaj started with a simple observation: millions of Pakistanis are in the wrong careers โ not because they lack ability, but because no one ever helped them understand how they think and where they naturally thrive.
The MBTI framework has been used globally for decades to help people make better career decisions. But every tool available was built for a foreign audience with foreign salaries and foreign career paths. When a Pakistani student gets told to "become a UX researcher" with a $90,000 salary โ that is not useful guidance.
We built Mizaj to fix that. A 60-question assessment, deeply localized reports, career paths with real PKR salary ranges, and insights that respect the specific social and professional landscape of Pakistan. In Urdu and English.
We are just getting started.
